Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Alfresco SME and Migration Specialist to lead the end-to-end architecture, implementation, and transition of complex content management ecosystems. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams, project stakeholders, and enterprise clients to modernize their document management infrastructure. Your work will directly influence business continuity and operational efficiency by ensuring seamless data integrity and system performance during large-scale migrations, ultimately enabling our clients to leverage Alfrescos full potential in a secure, scalable environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and execute complex migration strategies to transition legacy content into Alfresco, ensuring zero data loss and minimal downtime for business-critical operations.

- Configure and customize Alfresco Content Services to align with specific enterprise workflows, enhancing user productivity and document retrieval speed.

- Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority technical bottlenecks within the Alfresco stack to maintain system stability and performance for global end-users.

- Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications, ensuring the final solution delivers measurable value.

- Conduct thorough performance tuning and security audits to safeguard sensitive enterprise data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Alfresco architecture, including deep knowledge of repository services, workflow engines, and integration patterns with third-party enterprise applications.

- Proven ability to design and implement migration scripts and tools that handle large volumes of unstructured data with high precision.

- Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and influence project direction.
