Job Description :

- Design, develop, and optimize MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, cubes, and schema objects.

- Lead and support migration projects from MicroStrategy to Power BI, including analysis, mapping, redevelopment, and validation.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering, design, and development to deployment and user adoption.

- Implement and optimize MicroStrategy on Cloud/Azure environments.

- Leverage cloud-native technologies to build, modernize, and deploy scalable data/reporting pipelines.

- Work on performance tuning and enhancements for both MicroStrategy and Power BI environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration, testing, and delivery.

- Provide support for MicroStrategy administration, configuration, and user management.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience in data and reporting technologies.

- Strong MicroStrategy development skills (reports, cubes, dashboards, performance improvements).

- Hands-on experience with migration from MicroStrategy to Power BI.

- Working knowledge of Linux, Oracle, Hive, Impala; exposure to Postgres is a plus.

- Experience in Azure/Cloud-based implementations for reporting and analytics.

- Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs, and deliver reporting solutions.

- Exposure to banking/financial domain preferred (not mandatory).

- MicroStrategy administration skills are an advantage.
