Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for complex workflows in web and mobile applications.

- Create detailed Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Test Cases including traceability matrices.

- Execute automated and manual tests ensuring complete coverage across UI and API layers.

- Identify, create, and manage test data through backend database queries and API calls.

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks from scratch using tools like Selenium, REST Assured, JMeter, Appium, and Cucumber.

- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab/GitHub and deploy test packages onto Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

- Communicate effectively with QA Managers and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

- Work seamlessly with globally distributed teams and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in software testing with strong automation expertise.

- Proven experience in the Financial Domain, preferably in Wealth Management.

- Strong hands-on skills in Java programming (knowledge of shell scripting preferred).

- Proficiency with automation tools: Selenium, REST Assured, JMeter, Appium, Cucumber.

- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and test design tools like Hexawise.

- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and Defect Lifecycle Management.

- Working knowledge of Azure Cloud environments and deployment processes on Kubernetes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and time zones
