Shift : 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST (Flexible).

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to architect, develop, and deploy production-grade GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a combination of backend expertise, system design skills, and experience leading engineering teams. Traditional ML/research-only profiles will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team.

- Drive end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, from ideation to production.

- Architect LLM-powered systems, including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.

- Build scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.

- Collaborate with product, data, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure system scalability, reliability, performance, and security.

- Manage technical roadmaps, delivery timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 10+ years overall engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership/team lead role

- 5+ years of hands-on backend development in Node.js, Python, Java, or Go

- Hands-on GenAI experience : LLMs + RAG + Agentic AI

- Proven system design experience for end-to-end scalable AI solutions

- Hands-on experience deploying AI/GenAI systems on AWS

- Track record of delivering production-ready AI initiatives

Good-to-Have :

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks.

- Exposure to frontend technologies (React or similar).

- Background in product companies or high-growth startups.
