AI Tech Lead - Python/AWS/GenAI

Job Title : AI Tech Lead (Python | AWS | GenAI)

Experience : 6+ Years

Location : Hyderabad

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate directly with customers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Build and optimize LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering and API integrations

- Design and implement vector-based search systems using vector stores and OpenSearch

- Develop and manage scalable solutions using AWS services

- Generate and manage embeddings for semantic search and AI use cases

- Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code delivery within timelines

- Mentor team members and lead technical decision-making

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong hands-on experience with :

i. Python (core + AI/ML libraries)

ii. AWS Services : S3, Lambda, SAM, Step Functions, OpenSearch

iii. LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)

iv. Vector Databases / Vector Stores

v. Embedding generation and semantic search

- Experience with GenAI frameworks application development and orchestration tools

- Exposure to MLOps and scalable AI architecture

- Experience in designing and developing AI/ML systems and applications

- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and data modeling

Good to Have :

- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role

- Prior experience leading cross-functional development initiatives
