Job Title : AI Specialist

Duration : 6 months initially to start with

Experience Required - 2+ Years

Location - Manesar, Gurgaon

Job Description :

- Over 2 years of practical experience in applying AI to real-world and comprehensive technology solutions

- Expertise in machine learning and deep learning, including technologies such as TensorFlow, Python, and NLP

- Proficient in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, R, and Java

- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch

- Strong knowledge of fundamental algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns

- Skilled in essential techniques for ML projects, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

- Experienced with version control systems (e.g., Git) for effective team collaboration and code management

- The scope of work is as follows and the Engineer will be coming to our office and working

Practical Applications and Areas of Interest :

- Internal tools automation (e.g., co-pilots for operations, workflow optimization)

- Smart form filling, rule generation, and automated data extraction

- Development of generative AI tools using large language models (LLMs)

- Construction of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems

- Design of agents using LangChain and implementation of Graph RAG architectures

- Building an embedding-based search infrastructure using vector databases such as Chroma and Weaviate

- Prototyping and PoC development leveraging open-source LLMs or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Gemini, Copilot)

- Integration of simple UI using tools like Git and lightweight front-end frameworks

- Hands-on experience with chatbots, intelligent document processing, and agent-assist tools
