AI Software Development Engineer - .Net/C#

Role Overview :

We are looking for a .NET/C# Developer with GenAI/Applied AI experience to build scalable enterprise applications and integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, and AI-powered automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

- Integrate GenAI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.

- Develop AI solutions using RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and AI services.

- Work with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI.

- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and developers to deliver scalable solutions.

- Develop PoCs and convert successful AI solutions into production-ready applications.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain application and AI components.

- Follow Agile, DevOps, coding, testing, and security best practices.

Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- Strong experience in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core

- REST APIs and Microservices

- Generative AI / LLMs

- Prompt Engineering

- RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases

- Experience with Azure / Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms

- SQL Server and database concepts

- Git and CI/CD

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Semantic Kernel / LangChain

- AI Agents and Function/Tool Calling

- Docker and Kubernetes

- Python

- Azure AI Search

- LLM evaluation and responsible AI practices

Preferred Experience :

- Experience taking GenAI solutions from PoC to production.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale applications and Agile environments.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
