AI Search Specialist (Python/.NET, Solr/Elastic, AWS)

Are you passionate about search technologies, AI/ML, and building high-performance systems that power intelligent platforms?

What youll work on :

- Build and optimize search systems with Apache Solr / Elasticsearch / OpenSearch

- Improve search relevance with techniques like tokenization, stemming, analyzers, boosting

- Develop scalable workflows & ML prototypes in Python and .NET (C#)

- Deploy workloads on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudFormation/CDK)

- Drive automation through CI/CD pipelines & testing frameworks

What were looking for :

- 5+ years with Solr/Elasticsearch/OpenSearch (schema design, indexing pipelines, query parsing)

- 3+ years .NET (C#) development experience

- Hands-on AWS deployment expertise

- Strong grasp of search relevance concepts

- Proven experience with CI/CD & automated testing
