Role Overview :
- We are looking for a highly skilled AI Research Engineer to join our team in Bangalore.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Deep Learning research and development, with hands-on expertise in diffusion models, multimodal AI systems, and scalable training frameworks.
- In this role, you will work on cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and optimize deep learning models for advanced AI applications.
- Work with diffusion models and generative AI architectures to build innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement multimodal AI systems, integrating vision and language models.
- Build and maintain large-scale data-centric AI workflows, including active learning, pseudo-labeling, and weak supervision.
- Train and deploy models using scalable machine learning frameworks.
- Translate mathematical concepts such as probability, optimization, and information theory into efficient production-level code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to drive AI innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML research or deep learning development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Diffusion Models (DDPM, LDM, ControlNet).
- Expertise in Multimodal / Vision-Language Models such as CLIP, BLIP-2, LLaVA, or Flamingo.
- Experience with large-scale AI training workflows including active learning, pseudo-labeling, and weak supervision.
- Advanced programming skills in Python with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
- Experience with scalable training frameworks such as PyTorch Lightning, DeepSpeed, or Ray.
- Strong foundation in mathematics, including probability, optimization, and information theory.
Good to Have :
- Experience with synthetic data generation platforms such as Isaac Sim.
- Familiarity with robotics frameworks including ROS2, Nav2, MoveIt 2, or Open3D.
- Experience with edge AI runtimes such as TensorRT or ONNX Runtime.
- Knowledge of CUDA or C++ for performance optimization.
