Our platforms are on track to impact 5 million lives worldwide over the next two years. As a well-funded non-profit, we offer a purpose-driven environment and a dynamic, mission-focused team committed to ending extreme poverty globally within the next decade.

We are now creating the worlds first integrated, AI-driven business assistant for the marginalized poor that provides simple, real-time guidance to rural microentrepreneurs enhancing the effectiveness of livelihood and skilling programs by 24. This new assistant will build on and complement our existing poverty-alleviation technology stack, which includes :

- A first-of-its-kind 300-day poverty graduation system, taking participants from selection to sustainable micro-entrepreneurship.

- A voice-assisted, local-language LMS built for the ultra-poor with very low literacy.

Together, these systems will form the worlds first non-profit SaaS stack, grounded in strong UX, gamification, and community designenabling governments and impact organizations to deliver scalable, tech-led poverty alleviation programs worldwide.

The Role :

Were seeking an AI Product Developer with 3+ years of experience building AI-enabled applications using modern web technologies. Youll design and ship intelligent workflows by orchestrating LLM APIs, TTS/STT services, and contextual layers that power core products.

Youll operate in a fast-paced Kanban setup, driving simplicity, automation, and performance while working closely with engineering and product teams.

Were looking for someone who thinks in systems, prefers tech-led solutions over manual ops, and can independently deliver stable, production-grade AI features.

Job Responsibilities :

- AI Workflow Development : Design and implement AI-powered flows by orchestrating LLM APIs, TTS/STT services, embeddings, and contextual layers.

- Product Ownership : Own the AI components of the product suite, including new initiatives such as voice interfaces, agent-based tools, and automated CRM workflows.

- System Design : Build solutions that are stable, simple, and scalablewith clean architecture, minimal latency, and predictable behavior across AI interactions.

- Rapid Iteration : Work in a fast-paced Kanban environment, shipping improvements quickly and refining them through structured testing and user feedback.

- Automation First : Replace manual operations with AI-driven automation wherever feasible, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with developers, designers, and product teams to build intuitive, high-performing AI user experiences.

- Quality & Reliability : Write clean, well-documented code, set up evaluation tests for AI workflows, and monitor failure cases to maintain consistent performance.

- Continuous Learning : Stay current with emerging AI tools, APIs, and best practices, bringing new ideas to strengthen the product.

Skills required :

Frontend & UI Engineering :

- React

- Prompt engineering and evaluation

- Designing routing, guardrails, and fallback logic

DevOps & Tooling :

- Git (GitHub/GitLab)

- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)

- Docker & containerization

- Basic cloud deployment concepts (Vercel, AWS, GCP preferred)

Quality & Collaboration :

- Automated testing and reliability checks
