Experience : 15+ Years (with strong leadership in AI/ML/Search)

This leader will drive Search, recommendation system & Personalization charter for the Artificial Intelligence BU for a Leading Financial Services Group.

Role Impact : Lead a team of search engineers, build horizontal AI capabilities, deliver large-scale ML systems in production, and create state-of-the-art search & recommendation models.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain advanced search algorithms and indexing systems (text, image, and voice search).

- Apply NLP, machine learning, and deep learning models to enhance search accuracy and relevance.

- Implement features such as faceted search, query expansion, and personalization to improve user experience.

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions.

- Optimize performance, ensure system reliability, and provide support for production environments.

- Recommender Systems (Content-based, Collaborative filtering, reinforcement learning)

- Personalization platforms and behavioral analytics

- Hands-on coding in Python, Java/Scala or similar

- Cloud-native deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP + MLOps experience

- Proven leadership in managing high-scale distributed systems
