AI/ML Engineer - R/Python

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, NLP, computer vision, and other applications.

- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

- Monitor model performance, implement retraining pipelines, and ensure model scalability.

- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

- Document methodologies, workflows, and results for internal and external stakeholders.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.

- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.

- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras.

- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services.

- Knowledge of data processing frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, Spark).

- Familiarity with deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or recommendation engines.

- Knowledge of real-time AI/ML systems and streaming data applications.
