Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive significant business impact.

Your day-to-day will involve hands-on development using Python, building sophisticated models, with a particular focus on Generative AI and leveraging advanced platforms like OpenAI.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product, engineering, and data science teams, translating complex business challenges into robust, scalable AI systems.

This role is pivotal in enhancing our product capabilities, delivering innovative features to our users, and directly contributing to our strategic objectives by transforming data into actionable intelligence and creating novel user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms using Python, focusing on Generative AI techniques and integrating with OpenAI APIs to create innovative solutions for various business problems.

- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines, leveraging CI/CD tools and Github for version control, automated testing, and seamless deployment of AI/ML applications into production environments.

- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to understand business requirements, define problem statements, and translate them into technical specifications for AI/ML projects.

- Optimize existing AI/ML models for performance, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring reliable and high-throughput inference for critical applications.

- Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices, proactively recommending and implementing improvements to our technology stack and development processes.

- Contribute to the architectural design of AI/ML systems, ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable, and align with enterprise-level security and compliance standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python for developing and deploying complex AI/ML models, coupled with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

- Proven experience with Generative AI models (e.g., Transformers, GANs, VAEs) and practical application of large language models, including hands-on experience utilizing OpenAI's suite of tools and APIs.

- Solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling, with the ability to apply these concepts to real-world challenges.

- Proficiency in MLOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems like Github.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset, with a track record of working effectively within agile teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding and driving project success.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field from a premier institution.
