We are looking for a Mid-Level AI/ML Developer to join our team and help us build cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. If you're passionate about AI, machine learning, and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, T5, and BERT, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in building and fine-tuning Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, T5, LLaMA, BERT).

- Contribute to ML pipelines for training, testing, and deploying models.

- Develop code using Python with ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.

- Work with embedding models, prompt engineering, and vector databases for semantic search and chatbot solutions.

- Collaborate with backend or DevOps engineers to integrate models into systems or APIs.

- Use version control (GitHub) to manage and document code changes.

- Stay up to date with the latest in open-source LLMs and Generative AI developments.

Required Skills :

- Solid programming in Python.

- Experience with machine learning, model training, and hyperparameter tuning.

- Hands-on with transformer-based models like Hugging Face Transformers.

- Comfortable working in Jupyter Notebooks.

- Familiar with scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.

- Exposure to pre-trained LLMs, prompt design, and APIs like OpenAI or Cohere.

- Version control expertise with GitHub.

Bonus Points :

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

- Exposure to MLflow or SageMaker.

- Experience in an Agile or collaborative team environment.
