Description :

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Python, and experience building AI-driven applications using Streamlit and Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate should be proficient in selecting and fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and deploying scalable solutions using Azure OpenAI Studio and Azure AI Services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, train, and optimize machine learning and NLP models.

- Apply statistical analysis and ML techniques to large datasets.

- Fine-tune models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.

- Develop and deploy interactive web applications using Python + Streamlit.

- Integrate ML/NLP models seamlessly into web apps.

- Evaluate and select suitable LLMs based on problem statements.

- Fine-tune and customize models for specific business use cases.

- Design, test, and refine prompts to improve model output and reliability.

- Experiment with prompt patterns and optimization techniques.

- Work with Azure OpenAI Studio for model training, deployment, and prompt workflows.

- Use Azure AI services, including Chat Playground, to build intelligent systems.

- Develop and deploy serverless applications/functions on Azure Cloud.

- Build scalable, secure, and maintainable AI/ML-powered applications on Azure.

- Implement coding, deployment, and MLOps best practices.

Required Experience :

- 4- 6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

- Strong experience in Python, Machine Learning, and NLP techniques.

- Proven experience building web apps using Streamlit or similar frameworks.

- Experience working with Azure Cloud, including Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services.

- Experience deploying serverless functions on Azure (Azure Functions preferred).

- Exposure to LLM selection, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

- Experience with end-to-end application lifecycle (development ? deployment ? monitoring).

Good to Have :

- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Azure Cognitive Search).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines & MLOps practices.

- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
