AI Lead - LLM/LangChain

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Agentic AI Lead Engineer to spearhead the development of intelligent, autonomous systems that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies. You will lead initiatives focused on building agentic architectures using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LangChain, driving innovation in how machines reason, plan, and act.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement agentic AI systems using LLMs and LangChain frameworks.

- Architect scalable solutions integrating RAG pipelines for enhanced contextual reasoning.

- Lead end-to-end development in Python or Node.js, ensuring robust and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven product strategies.

- Optimize performance and reliability of deployed AI agents in real-world environments.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership across projects.

Requirements :

- Experience : 4 to 10 years.

- Proficiency in Python or Node.js (at least one is required).

- Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and their application in agentic systems.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

- Solid grasp of software engineering principles and system design.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with vector databases (e. g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).

- Familiarity with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar LLM providers.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and agent orchestration.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
