Job Description :

As an AI Architect & .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing and governing end-to-end AI architectures on the Azure ecosystem that enable intelligent automation and decision support across insurance functions such as Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, and document-heavy operations.

Tech Stack :

- GenAI Architecture, Azure AI / Azure AI Foundry, Vector Databases (Azure AI Search)

- .NET (Backend), React (Frontend)

- Prompt Engineering, LLM Design, RAG Architectures

- Agentic AI Frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as an AI Architect and SME for GenAI-driven insurance use cases.

- Define end-to-end AI architecture for unstructured document ingestion, reasoning, and output generation.

- Design LLM-centric and hybrid AI architectures combining OCR, RAG systems, and Agentic workflows.

- Establish evaluation frameworks for GenAI solutions including precision, recall, hallucination detection, and explainability.

- Partner with business stakeholders across Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and Legal to shape AI roadmaps.

- Guide and mentor .NET, React, and GenAI developers.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.

- Strong proficiency in .NET and React.

- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI APIs and enterprise LLM platforms.

- Experience in microservices-based architectures and API-first design.

- Insurance domain knowledge (P&C / Commercial Lines / Reinsurance) is a plus.
