Role Summary :

We are looking for an AI Engineer to build the intelligence and conversational layers of our core B2B enterprise platform. You will create trusted answers, automated alerts, recommendations, and workflows grounded in complex customer operational data by combining deterministic logic, statistical models, and modern LLMs deliberately.

What You Will Do :

- Own and evolve the product's agentic architecture and conversational interfaces (across web and WhatsApp).

- Design systems that turn raw operational data into trusted, explainable AI services and workflows.

- Partner with Data Scientists to make advanced domain-specific intelligence accessible and reliable.

- Establish rigorous practices for AI evaluation, observability, prompt engineering, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Experience in applied AI/ML engineering, graph/data systems, or backend software engineering for AI products.

- Strong proficiency in Python with proven experience building APIs, data pipelines, and production microservices.

- Hands-on exposure to LLM application patterns : RAG, embeddings, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph).

- Strong engineering hygiene including modular code, automated testing, and documentation.
