About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-based AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions.

- Build and optimize applications using LLMs such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.

- Develop RAG solutions using enterprise data sources.

- Design and implement AI Agents and autonomous workflows.

- Create prompt engineering frameworks and reusable prompts.

- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications through REST APIs and microservices.

- Develop scalable AI pipelines, model-serving frameworks, and intelligent automation solutions.

- Implement vector search and semantic search using vector databases.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver business solutions.

- Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or related domains.

- Strong experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies.

- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms.

- Proficiency in Python and API development.

- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.

- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, AI Agents, and LLM evaluation techniques.

- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or equivalent platforms.

- Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, model deployment, and AI governance frameworks.

- Experience building enterprise AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions.

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, or FAISS.

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
