Role Overview :

We are looking for an AI-Enabled Task Manager with 4 - 6 years of experience who can convert product requirements, PRDs, feature discussions, and stakeholder inputs into well-structured, actionable engineering work items. The primary focus of this role is task decomposition, backlog hygiene, ticket quality, and AI-assisted documentation. The candidate will work closely with Product, Leadership, Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure that development teams receive clear, complete, and execution-ready tickets. This is not a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role.

Experience : 3 - 6 Years.

Location : Noida / Hybrid WFO.

Mandatory Skills :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Technical Writing, or Agile Delivery Support.

- Strong ability to understand product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and feature discussions.

- Ability to break down product features into clear, granular, and executable engineering tasks.

- Strong hands-on experience with Linear mandatory.

- Strong experience with Notion.

- Experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

5. Relevant links and documentation.

- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as :

1. Linear AI.

2. Notion AI.

3. ChatGPT.

4. Claude.

- Ability to leverage AI for task generation, requirement summarization, documentation, ticket refinement, and workflow automation.

- Strong analytical, problem decomposition, and organizational skills.

- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps or ambiguities in requirements.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with SaaS or product development teams.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Exposure to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Experience with Jira and Confluence.

- Basic understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations.

- Experience creating engineering-ready user stories.

- Experience working in or understanding the FinTech domain is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools extensively for productivity and documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand product requirements, user stories, PRDs, and feature discussions.

- Convert product requirements into clear, granular, and executable engineering tasks.

- Create, organize, and maintain high-quality tickets in Linear.

- Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ticket creation, refinement, and documentation.

- Ensure every ticket contains a clear objective, scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and relevant documentation.

- Organize and maintain epics, initiatives, milestones, and backlog structures.

- Keep the backlog updated as requirements evolve.

- Collaborate with Leadership, Product Owners, Designers, Architects, and Engineering teams to clarify requirements.

- Identify gaps, dependencies, and ambiguities before tasks reach engineering teams.

- Maintain consistency in ticket quality and documentation standards.

- Use AI tools to automate repetitive documentation and task-management activities.

- Support engineering teams by ensuring work items are complete, structured, and execution-ready.
