About the Role :

We are looking for an AI-Enabled Software Engineer who can combine strong software engineering fundamentals with practical AI usage. This role focuses not only on building applications but also on integrating AI into development workflows, internal tools, and operational processes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to improve development efficiency, automate workflows, and support product delivery while coordinating with internal teams on implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications and backend services

- Integrate AI tools and APIs into internal systems, workflows, and product features

- Identify opportunities to automate internal processes using AI solutions

- Use AI copilots and development tools to improve development speed and efficiency

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand process requirements and implement AI-driven solutions

- Support basic project coordination such as task tracking, feature planning, and delivery timelines

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices

- Debug issues, optimize performance, and improve system reliability

Required Skills :

- 1 - 3 years of experience in software development

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python / JavaScript / TypeScript / similar)

- Experience building APIs and backend services

- Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Flask, or similar

- Understanding of AI/LLM tools and how they can be used in development workflows

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to coordinate with teams and manage small implementation tasks

- Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

- Familiarity with automation tools and workflow integrations

- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

- Startup or product environment experience
