What You'll Be Doing :

- Collaborate with core team members to design and develop real AI systems

- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models on custom datasets

- Work on cutting-edge architectures like transformers, LLMs, diffusion models

- Contribute to product prototypes, backend tooling, or research pipelines

- Optimize model performance and deployment workflows

What We're Looking For :

- 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles

- Strong command of Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML frameworks

- Familiarity with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation

- Experience with at least one of: LLMs, GANs, Vision Models, or NLP pipelines

- Startup mindset ownership, curiosity, agility

- Bonus : Experience with HuggingFace, LangChain, ONNX, or MLOps tools
