Job Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned AI Architect to join our growing team and lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, particularly focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a leadership role that blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking and team mentorship to deliver impactful AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

LLM Development & Fine-Tuning :

- Architect and implement scalable solutions for training and fine-tuning LLMs.

- Integrate LLMs into real-time customer-facing applications including chatbots, Voice AI agents, Expert AI systems, and recommendation engines.

Customer Experience (CX) Technology Integration :

- Work closely with Product and CX teams to embed AI in customer journeys.

- Design AI-powered features for personalization, automation, sentiment analysis, and omnichannel engagement.

- Ensure ethical AI practices and alignment with customer satisfaction metrics.

Technical Leadership & Team Management :

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team comprising AI engineers, data scientists, and MLOps specialists.

- Promote agile practices, code quality, and continuous innovation.

- Provide architectural guidance and drive end-to-end delivery.

Research & Innovation :

- Stay current with the latest in NLP, LLM, and AI infrastructure trends.

- Conduct applied research to solve real-world business challenges.

- Contribute to patents, whitepapers, or open-source initiatives where applicable.

Requirements :

- Proven track record in deploying LLMs into production environments.

- Experience with tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Prior experience in leading technical teams and cross-functional collaboration.
