AI & Automation Developer - Machine Learning & Computer Vision

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement AI and automation solutions using Python and related technologies.

- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for knowledge retrieval and advanced AI applications.

- Design and implement computer vision models for image and video analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and integrate solutions into business workflows.

- Optimize machine learning models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.

- Participate in the full AI development lifecycle : data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

- Develop and maintain AI automation pipelines, including testing and monitoring production models.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and automation.

- Document AI/ML processes, code, and workflows for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.

- Proficiency in computer vision techniques, tools, and frameworks (OpenCV, YOLO, etc.

- Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning is a plus.

- Experience in automation tools, pipelines, and deployment frameworks.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads is preferred.

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or automation engineering.

- Proven experience in designing and deploying AI models in production environments.

- Hands-on experience with computer vision and retrieval-based AI systems.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

- Certifications in AI, machine learning, or computer vision are a plus
