AI Agent Engineer

Description :

We are looking for a highly capable AI Agent Engineer who can design and build production-grade AI agents and automation systems using LLMs and workflow tools like n8n.

This role requires someone who understands AI system design, prompt architecture, and automation workflows, not just basic prompt writing.

What You Will Build :

You will work on AI-powered systems that automate complex workflows, including :

- Intelligent AI assistants

- Automated decision agents

- Workflow automation pipelines

- Knowledge retrieval systems

- AI-powered analytics and reporting tools

Key Responsibilities :

1. AI Agent Development :

- Design AI agents using OpenAI / Claude / other LLMs

- Implement tool calling, memory, and reasoning logic

- Build multi-step agent workflows

2. Workflow Automation :

- Create automation systems using n8n

- Integrate with :

a. APIs

b. Databases

c. Messaging systems

d. SaaS tools

3. Prompt Engineering :

- Build structured system prompts

- Design prompt chains and reasoning frameworks

- Implement structured outputs (JSON schemas)

4. AI System Architecture :

- Build systems involving :

a. RAG pipelines

b. Vector databases

c. Knowledge retrieval

d. Data processing pipelines

5. Optimization :

- Reduce hallucinations

- Improve response reliability

- Optimize token usage and latency

Required Skills :

Strong experience with :

- LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

- Prompt engineering

- n8n automation workflows

- API integrations

- Webhooks

- JSON structured outputs
