Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Agile PLM Specialist with 5-7 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining our Agile PLM system, ensuring its stability and optimal performance for our users. You will play a key role in supporting critical integrations, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the system's integrity through testing and access management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of PLM business processes and excellent troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Agile PLM Support & Maintenance : Provide expert-level support to Agile PLM users, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the system in a production environment.
- PLM Business Process Expertise : Apply a strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) business processes to effectively support user needs and optimize system usage.
- Integration Support : Monitor, troubleshoot, and support integrations between Agile PLM and Oracle EBS, specifically leveraging the iLink Adapter, to ensure seamless data flow and process execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate closely with business stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to understand their requirements, resolve system-related issues, and provide solutions. Work in partnership with technical administrators and DBAs on system-level problems and enhancements.
- Regression Testing : Conduct thorough regression testing of Agile PLM functionalities during quarterly security patch cycles and other system updates to ensure stability and prevent unintended impacts.
- Access and Permissions Management : Troubleshoot and manage access permissions and controls within Agile PLM for both internal users and external suppliers, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Issue Resolution : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Agile PLM configurations, data, and user experience, escalating to appropriate teams or vendors when necessary.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of support procedures, system configurations, common issues, and their resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience : 5-7 years of hands-on experience implementing and/or providing support for Agile PLM users in a production environment.
- Agile PLM Proficiency : Must have strong practical experience with the Agile PLM system, including its core modules and functionalities.
- PLM Business Acumen : Solid familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) business processes, including New Product Introduction (NPI), Change Management, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Document Management.
- Integration Knowledge : Demonstrated experience in supporting integrations, specifically between Agile PLM and Oracle EBS via the iLink Adapter.
- Troubleshooting Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
- Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business users, technical teams (Admins, DBAs), and external partners.
- Testing Experience : Experience with regression testing and validating system functionalities after patches or updates.
- Access Control : Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and manage user access permissions and controls within a complex enterprise system.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with other Oracle products or enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework for incident and problem management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
