Job Title : Agile Delivery Lead

Role Overview :

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to join our CX Products team who will combine the strengths of a Scrum Master and a Business Analyst to enable high-performing teams, ensure customer and business value delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

This role bridges the gap between business and technology, ensuring customer needs translate into actionable, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Agile Delivery & Facilitation (Scrum Master) :

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

- Remove blockers, foster collaboration, and coach the team in Agile principles.

- Protect the team from scope creep and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement in team performance and delivery efficiency.

Business Analysis & Value Delivery (BA) :

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Product Owner and business teams to refine product backlog.

- Ensure clear user stories with acceptance criteria are defined and understood.

- Translate business needs into actionable features that deliver measurable value.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

- Ensure alignment of priorities, expectations, and delivery timelines.

- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies in a transparent manner.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst.

- Proven track record of driving Agile delivery in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in manufacturing industry and CX products would be preferable.

- Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or equivalent).

- Certifications preferred : CSM/PSM (Scrum Master), CBAP/CSPO (Business Analysis/Product Ownership).

- Total experience 7-10 years with at least 5 years in Scrum master/BA role.
