Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote Agile methodologies and foster collaboration
- Support teams in implementing Agile practices effectively and help in overcoming obstacles
- Assess the current state of Agile practices in the organization and develop strategies for
improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to drive the cultural shift towards Agile across the organization
- Monitor and report on Agile team performance, providing insights and recommendations for
better outcomes
- Develop metrics to measure success and progress in Agile transformations
Requirements :
- Proven track record of successfully coaching teams through Agile transformations
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist (SA)), is a plus
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage conflict effectively
- Experience in metrics and reporting related to Agile performance is preferred
- Relevant experience in industry domains like IT, software development, or consultancy is advantageous
