Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach Manager to drive Agile transformation, coaching, governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across teams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and portfolios. The role will work closely with teams, Agile leaders, and senior stakeholders to establish an effective Agile operating model and enable consistent delivery of business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, and leadership on Agile mindset, practices, and ways of working.

- Assess Agile maturity across teams, ARTs, and portfolios and develop actionable continuous improvement roadmaps.

- Drive adoption and implementation of SAFe, Lean - Agile, and DevOps practices across the organization.

- Facilitate ART launches, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt sessions, Big Room Planning, Kaizens, and other SAFe ceremonies and workshops.

- Conduct Value Stream Identification, Analysis, and Mapping to identify bottlenecks and improve flow of business value.

- Support leadership in establishing and improving Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices.

- Align OKRs, portfolio objectives, ART priorities, and team - level execution with organizational strategy.

- Coach leaders and managers on Agile leadership, empowerment, servant leadership, and organizational change.

- Identify systemic impediments across teams and value streams and work with stakeholders to drive resolution.

- Support organizational structure and operating - model changes required to enable effective Agile ways of working.

- Establish and facilitate Communities of Practice (CoPs) to promote knowledge sharing and Agile best practices.

- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives, retrospectives, maturity assessments, and data - driven insights.

- Promote collaboration between development and operations teams through DevOps principles and practices.

- Support product and platform teams in adopting effective Agile planning, prioritization, delivery, and governance practices.

- Establish appropriate Agile governance mechanisms and monitor delivery, flow, dependencies, risks, and improvement initiatives.

- Work with stakeholders to track benefits realization and business outcomes from Agile transformation initiatives.

- Provide Agile training, workshops, mentoring, and coaching across different organizational levels.

- Stay current with emerging Agile, Lean, SAFe, DevOps, and organizational transformation practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8 - 11 years of overall experience, including significant experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.

- 5+ years of hands - on Agile Coaching experience across multiple teams or programs.

- Strong experience implementing and scaling SAFe / Lean - Agile frameworks.

- SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) certification is mandatory.

- Experience coaching at Team, ART, Portfolio, and Leadership levels.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, SAFe, DevOps, and product - platform ways of working.

- Experience conducting Agile maturity assessments and driving continuous improvement.

- Strong experience with Value Stream Mapping, Lean Portfolio Management, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt.

- Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, training, and stakeholder - management skills.

- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change without direct authority.

- Experience working in client - facing and enterprise transformation environments.

- Experience with Agile/product backlog management tools.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Full - time MBA, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

- Software development experience is preferred.

- Experience in the automotive or auto - ancillary industry is preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

- In addition to the mandatory SPC certification, certifications such as CSP, PSM - II, ICP - ACC, ICP - ATF, CEC, or LeSS would be an advantage.

Other Requirements:

- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.

- Willingness to travel to the client location as required.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate effectively in a fast - paced transformation environment.
