Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DotNet Tech Lead to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core, ADO.NET, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure, with proven experience in leading development teams and delivering scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance applications.

- Architect and implement solutions using .NET Core and Azure services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.

- Optimize database performance and write complex queries using ADO.NET and SQL Server.

- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines on Azure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.

- Strong expertise in .NET Core and C#.

- Proficient in ADO.NET and SQL Server including stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.

- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and DevOps pipelines.

- Experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
