Job Description :

- Bachelor's or master's degree with 10-15 years of experience in Azure Devops.

- Strong experience as Devops Technical Architect with 2 years of experience.

- Leading a team of Devops Engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining the Devops activities.

- Must have experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

- Experience with Azure security concepts and best practices.

- Experience in Insurance domain-based projects.

- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting language & hands on in any scripting languages such as Bash, or Python.

- Strong Client facing experience.

- Experience in POC creations & high-level designing with documentations experience is plus.

- Experience with configuration management tools like Azure Automation, Ansible, or Terraform.

- Experience on containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Define technical solutions and provide guidance to the team.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

- Lead agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status and progress.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience leading agile teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.

- Strong hands-on virtual machines, storage accounts, network.

- Experience in Insurance domain-based projects-Azure Cloud infrastructure.
