As an AI Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable Analytics, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions across client engagements (Saudi & UAE). You will work directly with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into end to end architectural designs, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and cost efficient across cloud and on prem environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Generative AI, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and conversational chatbot development.

You will guide cross functional teams through implementation, provide deep technical leadership across AI/ML, LLM frameworks, and cloud platforms, and drive internal capability building through reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators. The role also requires you to mentor teams, steer architectural decisions, and support delivery of complex, high impact AI programs for clients.

Expectations :

- Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design cloud and on-prem solutions that meet business needs while following best practices and architectural guidelines

- Architectural Expertise : Develop and maintain cloud architecture blueprints and provide technical guidance to development and operations teams. Ensure the architecture is highly available, scalable, and cost-effective

- Solution Delivery : Design and oversee implementation of scalable Analytics, Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams; including developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers; to deliver successful projects and provide technical support and guidance

- Security and Compliance : Design and implement security controls, policies, and best practices to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data; ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

- Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize AWS or GCP infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency; identify opportunities for resource optimization and cost reduction

- Technical Implementation : Hands-on experience creating pipelines using AWS/GCP/Azure services and orchestrating workflows, along with proficiency in developing and deploying CI/CD pipelines

Education, Experience and Skill-Set :

- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Python, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, Data Science, and Statistics

- Strong expertise in NLP, Generative AI concepts, LangChain, and other alternative LLM frameworks and conversational chatbots

- Self-starter with ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward learning and adopting new technologies

- Deep knowledge and experience with CNNs, GANs, Transformers, Encoder-Decoder architectures, or other image-generation and classification use cases

- Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) & experience with any of OpenAI, Gemini, Claude etc.

- Understanding of, and implementation knowledge for, MCP and A2A protocols

- Experience with Agentic AI technologies such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related tech stacks

- Proficiency in cloud platforms like GCP/AWS, including deploying AI applications

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

- Experience developing web applications using Flask, Django, or FastAPI

- Knowledge of workflow-automation tools such as Zapier, Jira, Trello, Asana, and Microsoft Power Automate

- Prior experience in consulting or delivering solutions for BFSI/FMCG/Healthcare is a plus

- Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce, UiPath, IBM WatsonX, or SAP-BTP is a plus
