Agentic AI Engineer

Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced NLP techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, AI/ML frameworks, and modern agentic architectures such as LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Responsibilities :

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for scalable and efficient knowledge integration.

- Build and optimise NLP models for text understanding, summarization, and conversational AI.

- Work with MongoDB and other databases to manage structured/unstructured data.

- Apply Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) for efficient problem-solving and system optimisation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products and solutions.

- Stay updated with advancements in AIML and agentic AI research to integrate cutting-edge techniques.

Requirements :

- Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.).

- Generative AI (GenAI) and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).

- MongoDB and database management.

- Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) for scalable solutions.

- AI/ML model development and deployment.

- LangChain and RAG expertise for agentic workflows.
