What Youll Do :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs that integrate AI capabilities like LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows

- Collaborate closely with AI and product teams to translate AI models and workflows into robust, production-ready features

- Develop fast, asynchronous, and fault-tolerant microservices to handle complex user, candidate, and job data flows

- Build and optimize pipelines for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI components

- Ensure code quality with testing frameworks and implement monitoring to maintain system reliability at scale

- Continuously learn and apply the latest advancements in AI tooling and backend architecture

What Were Looking For :

- Strong backend development experience in Python (FastAPI preferred) or Java with emphasis on scalable system design

- Hands-on experience integrating large language models (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into backend products

- Practical knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), agentic workflows, and prompt engineering used to deliver product features

- Familiarity with AI orchestration tools or frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, or similar pipeline tools

- Experience evaluating and tuning model performance using tools such as Evals or prompt tuning techniques

- Proven ability to design fault-tolerant, asynchronous, and high-throughput backend systems

- Experience working with relational databases like MySQL or Supabase and handling unstructured data

- Comfortable with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), especially AI and compute-related services

- Bonus : Knowledge of real-time systems and protocols such as WebSockets or Livekit
