About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Platform AI Search Developer to join our dynamic team for a 6-month project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a specific focus on the ServiceNow Platform and its AI Search capabilities. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI-driven search solutions within the ServiceNow environment, contributing to enhanced user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI Search solutions within the ServiceNow Platform.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow AI Search to optimize relevance, precision, and recall of search results.

- Integrate AI Search with various ServiceNow modules and external systems as required.

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance code using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.js.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Implement and adhere to DevOps practices, including version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolution and support.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, AI technologies, and industry best practices.

- Apply ethical AI principles throughout the development process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI Search solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Proven experience with ServiceNow Platform and Platform AI Search is mandatory.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.js is mandatory.

- Excellent understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and functionalities.

- Experience with REST APIs and integrations.

- Familiarity with database concepts and querying (e.g., SQL).

- Experience with DevOps practices, including version control, automated testing, and continuous deployment.

- Awareness and application of ethical AI principles in development.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Desired Skills (Good to Have) :

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator).

- Experience with other AI/ML technologies or platforms.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
