- Lead technology teams to build and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager to include site architecture, custom components, workflow development and Digital Asset Management (DAM).

- Integrate websites with web analytics tools and analyze/report on analytics data.

- Manage multiple projects in parallel when needed, effectively balancing workloads to ensure the success of all projects

- Contribute to presales, solutioning and project estimation.

Required Qualifications :

- 10 to 12 years' of experience in developing solutions using AEM 6.x and AEM as cloud service

- 10 to 12 years' of experience in Design, develop and Architecture of both OSGI and AEM Custom Components

- 8+ years of development experience in Java - J2EE, APIs and JavaScript/JQuery.

- 8+ years' of experience with DevOps pipelines and experience on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

- 8+ years' of experience in SPA Framework development like React/Angular/Vue

Preferred Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in software development or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Adobe Certified Master - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Architect

- Experience in SPA Framework development like React/Angular/Vue

- Experience implementing technical solutions for B2B/B2C websites.

- Experience with DevOps pipelines and experience on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

- Experience in multi-lingual sites, multi-lingual translation, and content localization solutions.

- Experience in working in Adobe DAM , Target, Analytics, and Adobe Campaign..

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Working experience in other Adobe products like AEP, AJO , Adobe Analytics , Adobe Launch

- Capable of leading up to two full client development teams (totaling 10-15 people)

- Is expert in at least one platform, and proficient in a secondary platform

- Skilled in leading client communications such as status calls.

- Ability to identify potential new areas of work.

- Experience supporting pre-sales by helping define project scope and solution options.
