We are seeking an experienced AEM Forms Lead to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade AEM Forms solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms, Adobe LiveCycle, Java/JEE development, and related web technologies. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality digital forms and workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AEM Forms solutions, including Adaptive Forms, Fragments, XDPs, and workflows

- Develop and maintain OSGi services and components for AEM Forms applications

- Implement AEM Forms Document Services and other Adobe LiveCycle modules, including Process Management, Rights Management, document security, and digital signatures

- Develop web services using SOAP and REST to integrate AEM Forms with other systems

- Collaborate with UI developers to implement HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX-based solutions

- Work with RDBMS for data storage, retrieval, and integration

- Participate actively in Agile development environments, including sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-ups

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in AEM Forms development

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles

- Extensive experience in Java/JEE application development

- Hands-on experience with AEM Forms : Adaptive Forms, Fragments, XDPs, OSGi workflows, and services

- Experience with Adobe LiveCycle modules : Forms, Process Management, Rights Management, document security, digital signatures

- Proficiency in web services development (SOAP/REST)

- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies : HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX

- Experience working with RDBMS

- Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with Adobe LiveCycle upgrades (ES2, ES3, ES4)

- Exposure to enterprise-level digital transformation projects
