Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AEM DevOps Engineer to manage, automate, and optimize deployment and infrastructure processes for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM environments, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and release management.

You will work closely with AEM developers, architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM applications using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

- Manage deployment and release processes across multiple AEM environments.

- Configure and maintain AEM infrastructure, including AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, and related services.

- Automate build, deployment, configuration, and operational activities using Shell scripting, Python, or similar automation tools.

- Manage source code repositories using Git and implement effective branching and release strategies.

- Monitor application performance, availability, logs, and infrastructure health using appropriate monitoring and logging tools.

- Troubleshoot deployment failures, performance issues, connectivity problems, and production incidents.

- Implement security, access control, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure best practices.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve deployment quality and reduce release-related issues.

- Support cloud-based AEM deployments, preferably Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

- Maintain technical documentation for deployment procedures, infrastructure configurations, and operational processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM deployment architecture.

- Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and automated deployment processes.

- Knowledge of AEM Dispatcher, Apache HTTP Server, CDN, caching, and load balancing.

- Experience with Linux/Unix administration and scripting.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Adobe Cloud.

- Understanding of DevOps principles, Agile methodologies, monitoring, logging, and incident management.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.

- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.

- Adobe AEM certification or relevant DevOps certification is an advantage.
