AEM Developer - Digital Customer Experience


Job Description :


Key Responsibilities :

AEM Development & Enhancement :


- You will develop and configure AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using Sling, HTL (Sightly), and OSGi.


- You'll also be responsible for implementing page authoring capabilities, asset organization, and metadata structures.

Content Migration :


- You will support the migration and restructuring of existing content and digital assets for brand- and entity-specific environments.

Collaboration & Optimization :


- You'll work closely with architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality, tested AEM features.


- Your responsibilities also include maintaining clean, efficient codebases and troubleshooting performance and deployment issues.

Agile Workflow :


- You will actively participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and code reviews as a member of an Agile team.


Technical Skills :

- Core AEM : Expertise in AEM Sites and AEM Assets.

- Development & Frameworks : Proficient in Sling, HTL (Sightly), OSGi, Java, and Maven.

- Content Management : Strong understanding of JCR (Java Content Repository).

- Infrastructure & DevOps : Experience with Dispatcher Configuration and CI/CD Pipelines.

- Methodologies & Tools : Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and Git.


Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, and Tag/Launch is a plus.


Experience & Education :

- Experience : A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

- Education : A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
