Job Type : Contract to hire (C2H).

Mandatory Skills :

- Over 5 years of handson experience in AEM development and debugging.

- Strong command of core web technologies including XML HTML5 CSS and both clientside and serverside scripting with JavaScript proficient in developing RESTful web services.

- Deep expertise in Java Java Platform Enterprise Edition J2EE Servlets and HTLSightly with a solid grasp of enterprise Java frameworks.

- Indepth knowledge of Adobe AEM foundational concepts including core frameworks like Apache Sling and Apache Felix.

- Skilled in configuring and integrating templates components dialogs widgets workflows and other AEM elements.

- Strong familiarity with SDLC methodologies particularly Agile and SCRUM.

- Capable of estimating project effort and defining team structures with the right skill sets to ensure successful delivery.

- Experience in consuming microservices for handling API requests and responses.

- Good understanding of integration patterns with platforms such as Elastic Search and Commerce solutions.

- Proven experience in implementing multinational multibrand digital platforms.

- Skilled in integrating content management systems CMS with external applications such as marketing platforms CRM systems ecommerce solutions and enterprise portals.

- Handson experience in developing and consuming web services.

Role Details :

- Conducting requirement discussions and clarifications with clients and stakeholders.

- Translating requirements into design specifications and coordinating with the development team.

- Performing handson development of components and system integrations.

- Engaging with stakeholders to clarify content and asset migration requirements.

- Debugging and resolving critical issues reported by users while guiding the team to address them effectively.

- Collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.

- Creating prototypes and proofofconcepts PoCs to validate solutions and approaches.
