Job Title : Senior AEM Developer (Java + Spring Boot)

Experience : 6 to 10 years

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Job Type : Full-Time (FTE) / Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced AEM Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Java-based backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x), Java, and Spring Boot.

- Build custom AEM components, templates, and workflows.

- Integrate AEM with external systems using RESTful APIs and web services.

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams, QA, and business stakeholders for solution design and delivery.

- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AEM and backend services.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.

- Maintain technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6-10 years of overall software development experience.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x).

- Strong experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot frameworks.

- Proficiency with AEM components like Sling, JCR, OSGi, and Sightly/HTL.

- Experience in integrating AEM with third-party systems using APIs.

- Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for AEM customizations.

- Experience with Maven, Git, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
