We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AEM Developer with 5+ years of relevant experience. In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and deploying scalable websites leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM v6.x), collaborating with global teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements into technical designs

- Design & develop reusable components, templates, content fragments, and workflows on AEM

- Ensure high-quality code delivery that meets acceptance criteria

- Collaborate with QA teams to validate deliverables

- Contribute to design and architecture discussions for scalable solutions

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience developing and deploying Java web applications

- Hands-on expertise with Linux, Web/Servlet Engines, JRE, Tomcat, Apache

- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM v6.x) including OSGi, HTL, Sling, CRX

- Experience in developing templates, components, workflows, and content models

- Solid understanding of content management design & implementation taxonomy, metadata, workflows, lifecycle management

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, MVC frameworks

- Experience with Git, Maven, and automated build/deployment tools

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and working in distributed teams

- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and collaborating with QA teams

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
