About the Role :

- Develop and manage JavaScript/CSS via AEM ClientLibs.

- Map AEM content to standardized Data Layers / Event-driven Data Layers.

- Configure analytics tracking variables (eVars, props, events) for accurate reporting.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable data layers to support analytics implementation.

- Work with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, marketing, QA) to deliver analytics requirements.

- Implement and manage Adobe Launch tags and rules.

- Ensure correct data capture and reporting using Adobe Analytics.

- Validate and troubleshoot analytics implementations using tools like AEP Debugger, ObservePoint, and Omnibug.

- Provide support for ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and optimization of analytics solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

- Strong understanding of AEM ClientLibs, JS, CSS, and web technologies.

- Proven experience in building and managing Data Layers.

- Expertise in Adobe Launch for tag management.

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics (variables, custom tracking, reporting).

- Hands-on experience with debugging tools : AEP Debugger, ObservePoint, Omnibug.

- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Good to Have :

- Adobe Certified Expert (AEM/Analytics/Launch).

- Familiarity with other Tag Management Systems (e.g., GTM, Tealium).

- Exposure to privacy and consent frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).

- Knowledge of other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Target, Audience Manager).
