Role Overview :

We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

The role involves working closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.

- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements.

- Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.

- Support ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and systems.

- Participate in system testing, UAT, and production deployments.

- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

- Prepare technical and functional documentation.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.

- Experience in one or more modules : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, Asset Management.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration and customisation.

- Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).

- Experience working in a client-facing or consulting role.

Mandatory Skills :

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS).

- Experience with Service Portal or Workspaces.

- Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery models.

- Experience in IT services or enterprise environments.

- Passport.
