About the job :

This role requires hands-on leadership, deep technical insight, and a strong ability to manage projects from concept to deliveryincluding overseeing builds, gathering feedback, and resolving critical technical issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical and architectural guidance to development teams.

- Oversee system design decisions, code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

- Facilitate and lead sprint planning and Scrum ceremonies for large-scale teams.

- Perform production and development builds and assist in resolving technical issues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and delivery goals.

- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.

- Ensure continuous improvement through structured feedback loops and retrospectives.

- Proactively identify risks and remove roadblocks to meet deadlines.

- Stay informed about industry best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-grade projects.

- Strong architectural and system design experience.

- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaling Agile for larger teams.

- Hands-on expertise with :

1. Backend : Node.js

2. Frontend : React JS, React Native

3. Database : PostgreSQL / MySQL

4. Cloud : Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS

4. Open Source Technologies : Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Nginx, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and modern deployment practices.

- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the full stack.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates).

- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub/ Bitbucket
