We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Developer to join our Customer Engineering team, with a strong focus on enterprise-scale implementations, integrations, and workflow automation.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Workfront Core and Workfront Fusion, and will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and third-party system owners to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

This role demands a blend of technical depth, integration expertise, and strong stakeholder communication, supporting customer-facing and internal enterprise initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Certifications :

- Adobe Workfront Core Certification (Mandatory)

- Adobe Workfront Fusion Certification (Mandatory)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using Adobe Workfront Core and Fusion.

- Build, optimize, debug, and support complex Workfront Fusion scenarios, including multi-system orchestration and error handling.

- Lead and support end-to-end integrations between Workfront and external enterprise platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Configure and manage Workfront administration components including :

1. Users, groups, teams, roles, and permissions

2. Layout templates and custom forms

3. Request queues, templates, workflows, and governance models

- Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support operational and executive visibility.

- Collaborate with customer engineering, business, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration diagrams, and operational runbooks.

- Ensure solutions align with best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.

- Support ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and platform upgrades.

Technical Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Workfront design, development, and administration.

- Strong expertise in Workfront Fusion, including advanced scenarios, webhooks, custom API modules, and data transformation.

- Solid understanding of Workfront data model, governance, and enterprise-scale configuration.

- Proven experience with REST and SOAP APIs, authentication mechanisms, and third-party system integrations.

- Experience working in fast-paced, integration-heavy environments with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
