Adobe Experience Manager - Java

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with strong operational (AEM OPS) expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud, hands-on experience in both development and operations, and the ability to work in an Agile environment while aligning with European work culture standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage AEM platform operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end digital solutions

- Implement and manage AEMaaCS or AEM 6.5 environments, including upgrades, patches, and configuration changes

- Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD integration and automated deployment processes

- Monitor system health, performance, and security, and troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with project timelines

- Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud best practices, tools, and updates

Technical Skills :

- Experience with AEM architecture, templates, components, workflows, and content migration

- Certified Adobe AEM System Architect or System Administrator (preferred)

- Proficiency with Adobe Experience Cloud products and integration strategies

- Strong experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum)

- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, OSGi framework, Sling, and JCR repository

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an added advantage

Qualifications :

- 610 years of experience in AEM development and operations
