Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and digital experiences using the AEM platform.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build robust AEM components and deliver high-quality content management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and workflows.

- Work on AEM Sites development and support content management requirements.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and business teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.

- Integrate AEM with external systems and APIs.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and AEM best practices.

- Support deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of AEM applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 - 8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

- Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, components, templates, and workflows.

- Strong knowledge of Java, JCR, Sling Models, and OSGi.

- Experience with HTL (Sightly), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems.

- Experience with Git, Maven, and CI/CD processes.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AEM Cloud or AEM as a Cloud Service.

- Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

- Understanding of DevOps and deployment practices
