About the Job :

We are seeking an experienced Adobe CDP Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and a proven track record of implementing and managing customer data platforms.

You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines, customer profiles, and audience segmentation to drive data-driven marketing strategies. This is an onsite role that requires a deep understanding of AEP and its associated tools.

Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas to support cross-channel events and customer profile attributes.

- Build and manage batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines using AEP APIs, Edge Network, and source connectors.

- Implement and optimize Identity Graph and merge policies for accurate real-time customer profile resolution.

- Perform advanced data transformations using Data Prep, including mapping functions, calculated fields, and formatting.

- Configure and manage audience activation to downstream systems such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Campaign, CRM systems, and paid media platforms.

Requirements :

- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

- Expertise in XDM Data Modeling.

- Experience building batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines.

- Proficiency with Identity Services and Real-Time Customer Profile.

- Strong knowledge of AEP APIs and JSON payload structures.

- Experience with AEP Query Service (SQL) for data analysis and dataset creation.

- Advanced skills in audience segmentation, including multi-entity segmentation and time- based rules.

- Knowledge of consent orchestration and integration with Consent Management Platforms (e.g., OneTrust).

- Nice to have : Experience with AEP Web/Mobile SDK, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Target.
