Responsibilities include but not limited to :

- Work with Customers' Business and IT units to define the solution requirements for Custom.

- Development Solution, B2B/ETL/EAI/Cloud Integration space using Adeptia Integration platform.

- Review, interpret and respond to customer's business requirements, needs and wants and transform into a technical design in line with Adeptia Integration platform.

- Storyboard and discuss the solutions with customers and prospects.

- Manage project deliverables and coordination with off-shore team as needed.

- Review implementation and provide technical design guidelines for the implementation team.

- Assist customers with implementing Adeptia platform.

- Guide Customers with technical design and configuration recommendations for successful implementation of Adeptia Platform.

- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

- Monitor project baseline to ensure activities progressing as planned and participate in all.

- Agile ceremonies like Sprint Grooming, Planning, Retrospectives etc.

- Take complete ownership and ensure to deliver assigned projects on schedule with quality.

- Hands-on on coding, so as to be an effective reviewer as well to develop complex scenarios.

Must have Skills :

Technical :

- Working experience and good hands-on on Core Java(java version 8+), Advance java, Spring Framework(version 5+), Hibernate Framework(version 5+ ) or any ORM framework.

- Working experience and good hands-on on design & development of solutions, integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, SDK of packaged applications and legacy applications using Enterprise architecture.

- SOA/EAI, Integration patterns in the B2B/ETL/EAI/Cloud Integration space using Integration Platforms such as Adeptia, Talend, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogic or similar products required.

- Good understanding of cloud technologies including Microservices, AKS(Azure Kubernetes Service).

- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in the following technical areas: SOA, RESTful and SOAP Web services stacks and technology (JMS, SAAJ, JAXP, etc), Xml technologies (schema, xpath, xslt), parsing, XSD, JMS, RDBMS/SQL, Windows and Linux OS, Application Servers (JBoss, Jetty, Tomcat).

- Working experience and good handson modern web UI tools/framework (Javascript Frameworks, react js, ExtJs, NodeJS, AngularJS etc.

- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus, Messaging Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), RDBMS database technologies.

- Well versed in transport protocols such as HTTPs, Secure FTP, POP/IMAP/SMTP, JDBC.

- In Depth Knowledge & experience in various Deployment Models (Cluster & Non-cluster deployment, Multi-Zone Deployment, DR, DMZ, Load Balancer, Cloud etc).

- Understanding of Security and Compliance.

- Understanding of any java script framework like React or Ext.js.

Non-Technical :

- 4+ Extensive experience with understanding client requirements through direct client interaction, translating them into technical specifications and driving their execution.

- Having 4+ years of extensive experience in Agile Methodology (Daily Scrum calls, Product Backlogs refinements, Sprint Planning Meetings, Retrospectives, StoryBoard, and User Story Writing).

- 4+ years of extensive experience as Team Lead, currently managing offshore team.

- Knowledge and experience in creating Requirement Doc, Architecture Design Doc, High and Low level Design.

- Proven ability to contribute in a remote/distributed client environment and deliver under pressure and time constraints, mission-critical 24x7 applications or services.
